Resume Review and Interview Preparation

As a hiring manager at many companies, I have reviewed thousands of resumes. The Resume Review package provides a thorough evaluation of your resume to help you highlight the core abilities that product management hiring managers are looking for. 

Resume reviews include:

  • 1 hour initial discovery session: Work together to really clarify where you are headed, what you have accomplished, and how your resume maps to those goals and highlights. 
  • In depth assessment sent to you: Written findings and recommendations for you to evaluate and implement as you see fit. This typically includes suggestions on optimizing your resume for specific roles, cover letter advice, and fit and finish guidance. 
  • 1/2 hour personalized session on interview preparation (new): After you are comfortable with the changes in your resume, we spend a focused hour on how to prepare for interviews, methods for delivering your strongest answers, and building rapport with the interviewers you meet.

Private 1-Hour Sessions

If the larger commitment to the Career Coaching Package is too much to consider but you’d like specialized guidance on target areas, I also offer 1-on-1 sessions by the hour. 

These individual sessions are highly tailored to your needs, and include a free 1/2 hour pre-session discovery to help me tune your paid session to give you the most valuable outcomes. 

1 hour sessions typically include:

  • Complimentary 15-minute discovery session: A free 1/2 hr discovery session to uncover the area of you’d like to address.
  • Personalized Skills Assessment: Self-driven skills assessment worksheet that you will use to identify areas that you’d like to up-skill.
  • 1 hour session to discuss your topic. This is wide open to meet your needs.
